Your choice
By choosing Agree, you accept the Terms of Use and explicitly allow the AI processing described above. Declining or closing sends no AI request; you can still view local companies and will be asked again when you next search or update. You can withdraw permission in Settings > AI terms and privacy. Withdrawal stops future AI operations, not processing already performed, lawful retention or Apple subscriptions. Privacy or deletion requests: [email protected].
Scope and local data
This policy applies to LeadRadar for iPhone and iPad. Companies, search history, notes, customer status, settings, and activity logs are stored in the app's local container. You can export or clear them in Settings. No name, email, phone number, password, or separate LeadRadar account is required.
Anonymous App Store identity
LeadRadar verifies Apple's signed AppTransaction and stores a one-way account hash. A random installation identifier is hashed for device registration, access control and device-count statistics, not a five-device cap. LeadRadar does not receive your Apple Account email, password or payment-card details.
AI processing and international transfer
Search and company updates send your input, search criteria, language and limited business context through LeadRadar's server to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Qwen in China (Beijing). Non-won saved company names may be sent to avoid duplicates. A company you explicitly choose to search or update is sent regardless of its local stage. Notes, customer intent and stage labels are not sent to the model. Processing may cross national borders.
Prohibited input
Do not enter sensitive personal information, customer lists, non-public trade secrets, confidential or NDA-protected information, credentials, or export-controlled technical data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and required permission for submitted information and subsequent outreach.
Server records and purposes
The server temporarily stores successful AI replies in a database so interrupted requests can be retried without duplicate model calls; this cache stores a request hash, not the raw prompt. Retry records are eligible for deletion after 15 minutes. Cleanup runs on database access, at most once per hour, so actual deletion may be later, especially while idle. Production request/reply diagnostics are off by default; separately authorized troubleshooting is scoped to one account, company updates, at most one hour and 12 model calls, with bodies eligible for deletion after one hour. Private-test diagnostic bodies have a 14-day threshold. No access tokens or model keys are included in diagnostic bodies. The retention periods below are cleanup thresholds, not guaranteed immediate deletion deadlines. It retains anonymous account and device hashes, subscription and plan data, allowance periods and counts, operation type, time, response status, byte counts, model/search settings, and token totals for service delivery, billing, abuse prevention, security, reliability, and cost control. The private testing version may retain restricted diagnostic bodies and is not distributed to customers.
Retention
Private-test diagnostic bodies are deleted after 14 days; operational model and traffic metadata after 90 days; and duplicate-search fingerprints after 1 day. Historical paid-allowance records are kept for up to 2 years. Anonymous account/device records, current subscription state, and the one-time free-allowance record remain until a valid deletion request, except where payment, fraud, disputes, security, or law requires longer retention. Local data remains until you clear it or remove the app.
Rights, subscriptions, and tracking
Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy, and may object or complain to a competent authority. Apple processes subscriptions; LeadRadar verifies signed transactions but receives no card details. LeadRadar has no advertising SDK, does not sell personal data, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Deletion does not restore the one-time free allowance, and legally required records may remain.
