Your choice
By choosing Agree, you accept the Terms of Use and explicitly allow the AI processing described above. Declining or closing sends no AI request; you can still view local companies and will be asked again when you next search or update. You can withdraw permission in Settings > AI terms and privacy. Withdrawal stops future AI operations, not processing already performed, lawful retention or Apple subscriptions. Privacy or deletion requests: [email protected].
AI processing and your data
Search and company updates send your input, search criteria, language and limited business context through LeadRadar's server to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Qwen in China (Beijing). Non-won saved company names may be sent to avoid duplicates. A company you explicitly choose to search or update is sent regardless of its local stage. Notes, customer intent and stage labels are not sent to the model. Processing may cross national borders.
Service and AI results
AI results may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete or fabricated, including names, websites, contacts and news. Verify important facts independently before contacting anyone or making a business decision. Results do not establish creditworthiness, buying intent or identity and are not legal, financial or compliance advice. No business outcome is promised.
Acceptable use
Submit only information you are authorized to use. Do not enter sensitive personal data, customer lists, non-public trade secrets, NDA-protected information, credentials or export-controlled technical data. Do not use the service for unlawful scraping, spam, harassment, surveillance, discrimination or infringement. You remain responsible for lawful input, outreach and required third-party permissions.
Plans, limits, and Apple billing
Search and updates depend on network and third-party services and may fail or return no results. Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled through Apple; the applicable price is shown before purchase. Allowances are shared across an account's devices, not multiplied by device count. A request you stop may still count as usage. Withdrawing AI permission does not cancel a subscription. Existing local companies are not automatically deleted on expiry. Replies may be temporarily cached for safe retries; see the Privacy Policy for retention. The same user's subscription can be restored across devices using the purchasing Apple Account. LeadRadar has no five-device cap; account allowances remain shared. Device registration, authentication, administrator revocation and usage statistics remain in place.
Availability and changes
Search depends on network, public websites, Apple services, and third-party AI providers, so uninterrupted availability or a minimum number of results is not guaranteed. The service, models, limits, or terms may change for security, legal, cost, or product reasons. Material changes will be reflected in the app or on this page.
Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, availability or suitability. We exclude liability for indirect losses and lost business opportunities from reliance on unverified results only where the law allows. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory data-protection duties or other non-excludable rights. Mandatory law and Apple's applicable EULA prevail.
