Common Questions
The scale does not match a physical ruler
Open Settings and choose manual calibration. Place a physical ruler against the screen and adjust until the 0–3 cm marks align. Screen repair, display zoom, and screen protectors can all affect accuracy.
Switch ruler faces
Tap the vertical-ruler button in the middle of the bottom toolbar to cycle through the yellow, red, and green faces. The left and right scales for each face can be changed in Settings.
Use labels
Open the label tray and drag a label to either scale. Double-tap a placed label to edit or lock it, or drag it to the trash to delete it.
Back up label data
Under Label Data in Settings, export a CSV containing scales, measurements, notes, and timestamps.
Accuracy
This app is a reference tool, not a certified measuring instrument. Use properly calibrated physical equipment for critical measurements.
